When we opened the doors and looked from the living room to the lanai and pool with waterfall, we knew this was a unique, once-in-a-lifetime property. We saw things we hadn’t seen anywhere else. You could tell right off the top the quality of construction was at a high level, which made us feel really good. We weren’t even looking to buy another house, but when we saw it, we were super attracted. It was incredibly beautiful and so we jumped on it.
They have the three essential aspects of any truly successful spec project covered…a really creative architect with a compelling design, a contractor/builder that can deliver on that design in a way that is going to enhance it …and a keen understanding of the real estate market with the passion to sell the property. It was a very, very good experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.
