I’ve bought a lot of houses in my time, usually when they get the money that’s when the service stops—but not with Dante and Mark—their attentiveness has been incredible. And their out-of- the-box approach isn’t limited to service, it’s in the design of our home, too. It’s a truly unique residence without an identical “sister” to be found anywhere.  One great feature is that no two ceilings are alike in any of the rooms. We love “Ray”

We wanted a custom home and already had a lot. It could have been an intimidating project to manage from Atlanta where we live, but they made it easy. Mark picked the architect, builder, designers, all part of their dream team—which I loved. Communication was excellent; we had weekly update calls with the entire team. Mark had opinions and ideas that capitalized on his vast experience.  I would highly recommend “Debbie”

It was obvious from the very beginning that Dante and Mark are so knowledgeable not only about the real estate market but also the Naples brand. They’re up on current trends, designs, quality materials. The builder they chose was great. The architect—we really loved his signature style. The interior design people who are in on the project from the beginning planning stages just really pulled everything together with beautiful finishes. I really liked the process.  They were very open to changes. The best part was the attitude, which was: ‘We can make it work. Are you happy?  We can talk about it.’   It was to the credit of Dante and Mark that the project was finished well on time and within budget. So, what more could we ask for? I can’t say enough about the builder they chose. I’ve never met a builder who pays attention to such detail. What I felt with Mark and Dante is that I had them looking after the project and our best interests. I think they’re such quality people. We just loved everything about the “Noreen”

When we opened the doors and looked from the living room to the lanai and pool with waterfall, we knew this was a unique, once-in-a-lifetime property. We saw things we hadn’t seen anywhere else. You could tell right off the top the quality of construction was at a high level, which made us feel really good. We weren’t even looking to buy another house, but when we saw it, we were super attracted. It was incredibly beautiful and so we jumped on it. They have the three essential aspects of any truly successful spec project covered…a really creative architect with a compelling design, a contractor/builder that can deliver on that design in a way that is going to enhance it …and a keen understanding of the real estate market with the passion to sell the property. It was a very, very good experience.  I would recommend them without “Rich”
